Thursday December 8th, 2022  at 5:00 P.M.

Agenda:

  1. Call to Order 

    – 5:00 p.m. Meeting called to order by Kelly Hill.

  2. Limited Call to the Public

    – NONE

  3. Discussion and Action Items of the Consent Agenda:

The following agenda items A, B, & C which included the approval of Agenda and Minutes from November 17th, 2022, and the ratification of Payroll Vouchers 10,  Expense Vouchers 9109 & 9110, were moved to be approved by Kelly and Tony Second with Deann unanimously approving for the motion.

  1. New Business:

                       -All items were Approved by Kelly and Tony seconded with Deann unanimously approving for the motions.

    • NONE

  1. Old Business:

  2. Reports: Added in late upon meeting.

    • Governing Board Members swear in with Mr. Carter at 4:30PM on January 6th, 2023.

  3. Discussion Item: Future Agenda Topics from the Board (President):

             The next meeting will be held (tentatively on) January 5th at 5:00 p.m. in the Hillside Elementary School Office.
