HILLSIDE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL DISTRICT #35

Thursday February 10^th, 2022  at 5:00 P.M.

1. Call to Order 

   – 5:00 p.m. Meeting called to order by Kelly Hill.

4. Discussion and Action Items of the Consent Agenda:

The following agenda items A, B, & C which included the approval of Agenda and Minutes from January 6^th, 2022, and the ratification of Payroll Vouchers 13 & 14,  Expense Vouchers 8110 & 8111, were moved to be approved by Kelly and Deann seconded with Deann unanimously approving for the motion.

5. New Business:

                       -All items were Approved by Kelly and Deann seconded with Tony unanimously approving for the motions.

• A: Attorney-Client Privileged-Waiver of Conflict of Interest- Discussion & Approved- Signed
  • Approved and Signed.
• B: IGA for Election Services – Reviewed & Approved- Signed 
  • Approved and Signed.
• C: Legislative Update- Discussion
  • Discussed the legislative update happenings.
• D: Maintenance position- Discussion
  • Currently waiting to hire new maintenance position, till after Legislative update.
• E: FY22-23 Teaching position- Discussion
  • Teacher position has been posted. Has been approved to look for a new hire.
