4. Discussion and Action Items of the Consent Agenda:

The following agenda items A, B, & C which included the approval of Agenda and Minutes from June 24^th, 2021, and the ratification of Payroll Vouchers 26,  Expense Vouchers 9119 & 9120, were moved to be approved by Kelly and Deann seconded unanimously approving for the motion.

5. New Business:

                       -All items were Approved by Kelly and Deann seconded unanimously approving for the motions.

  • Approved and signed
• B:FY21-22 Annual Expenditure Budget-Adoption – Discussed & Action- Signed
  • Approved and signed.
